HMP North Sea Camp does not currently have a Visitors' Centre



Booking on-line
You can now book visits to this prison on-line without a Visiting Order (VO).
You will need the prisoner’s full name, date of birth, prison number and prison.
Provide three alternative visit slots and you will get a confirmation email within three days.
It is still be possible to book visits by phoning the booking line but the new system should do much to overcome the frustration and waiting on the phone for hours that is currently experienced although if you are looking to book at short notice it may still be better to telephone where possible.

Waiting Facilities
There is no Visitors' Centre but a Portacabin to wait in which has a vending machine with cold drinks.

There is disabled access to the Portacabin but not to the toilets which do, however, have  baby changing facilities.

There is full access to toilets in the Visit Room.

If you are disabled and need a toilet when you arrive please speak to staff who will assist you.

Please report to the Gate Lodge on arrival.


Nearest railway station is Boston. A taxi is needed to get the prison.

Facilities at Boston Station: Waiting room, refreshments, toilets. The station is generally step free - level to Grantham bound platforms. Footbridge to Skegness bound platform (access to Skegness platform available via ramp and foot crossing at certain times only when staff are available).

There is no bus service to the prison.
