It is still be possible to book visits by phoning the booking line but the new system should do much to overcome the frustration and waiting on the phone for hours that is currently experienced although if you are looking to book at short notice it may still be better to telephone where possible.
For more information, or to book a visit, go to:

Visitors' Centre

Glen Parva has a purpose built Visitors' Centre which is also supported by 2 Family Liaison Officers who work closely with trainees' families and visitors to ensure that the visiting experience runs smoothly; and to assist with any concerns that visitors may have about the person they are visiting or an aspect of the visiting process.

Family Officers
The Family Officers provide families with laminated business cards displaying their name, title, location and direct telephone number. These are handed to family members in the Visitor Centre. If you haven't got one please ask.
