
Rachel Billington - A novelist and journalist. Her latest novels include Lies & Loyalties and The Missing Boy (2008 and 2010)
Rachel is a former trustee of the New Bridge, former President of English PEN (1998 - 2001) and instigated their 'Readers & Writers' programme in schools and prisons.
She is a trustee of the Longford Trust, set up in memory of her father Lord Longford, to help penal and social reform, www.longfordtrust.org and a trustee of Siobhan Dowd Trust which aims to bring books and reading to disadvantaged children.

Eric McGraw is a former Director of New Bridge (1986 - 2002) and founder of insidetime. He previously worked as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme and is the author of several books and publications on the subject of 'world population growth' and its impact on poverty, development and the environment. He is the Managing Editor of insidetime.
John Roberts as a Chairman and Managing Director of a group of manufacturing and distribution companies, he was able to provide employment for ex-offenders. After selling his business in 1989 he decided to focus on the area of employment advice and guidance and apply his commercial experience to the voluntary sector with projects for the long term unemployed and ex-offenders with two national charities. He joined New Bridge in 1992 as a Voluntary Associate and served on the Management Committee before his appointment as a Regional Manager. He has been Operations Director and Company Secretary of insidetime since 2003.
Noel Smith – First wrote for insidetime in 1994 and continued doing so until he was released on life licence in 2010 and joined insidetime’s editorial team. Better known as ‘Razor Smith’, Noel was born in London in 1960, left school at 14 unable to read and write, and embarked on a career as a criminal that was to last for the next 35 years serving time in 33 different prisons. Jailed for life for bank robbery, he studied journalism and law, gaining an A-Level in law and an Honours Diploma from the LSJ. He is the author of four books and has contributed work to many newspapers and magazines.
